Islamic Marriage Certificate/Contract

On this day of 4th January 2007, I, Imam Johasan Waldemar have officiated this
marriage certificate of the following couple in accordance with the Islamic Shari'a Law, in
the city of Zamboanga, Philippines.

Bride and Groom:

I, ALI B. HASSAN, solemnly purpose to marry Miss FATIMA S. SALI, and take her as my
wife in accordance with the Qur'an (the book of God) and the Sunnah (tradition) of the
Prophet Mohammad, pbuh. I have given her as paid part of the Mahr (Sadaq) the
amount of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P500,000.00) and I agree to pay the deferred
part of the Mahr the amount of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P500,000.00) in the
future.

Bride:

I, FATIMA S. SALI, accept your solemn proposal to take me as your wife in accordance
with the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet Mohammad, pbuh. I accept the paid
part of the Mahr the amount of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P500,000.00) and the
deferred part of the Mahr the amount of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P500,000.00).

Bride's Wali:

I, SAHAYA S. SALI, the Wali of the Bride being her Mother, accept the solemn proposal of
Mr. ALI B. HASSAN, to marry my daughter in accordance with the Qur'an and the
Sunnah of Prophet Mohammad, pbuh. I accept the paid part of the Mahr the amount of
Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P500,000.00) and the deferred part of the Mahr the
amount of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P500,000.00).

Declarations:

1. We make this declaration before the present witnesses, praying to Almighty Allah to
be our witness. Allah is the best of all witnesses.

2. We also declare the we wish our children be raised as Muslims under any and all
circumstances, events and incidents.
