16 All synopsLs shalbe routed through the DoR and processed by the Academc
Branch before be ng forwarded to the Controler of Exam nations for nitiating ihe
adjudlcatlon procedLrres

The followlng points may be checked by the Department before inltlation:

i Whether all the fees have been paid (Proof needed)
it Grade sheet of course work or copy of lvl.Phl . cedificate
ii. Whether the necessary 2 presenlation at semlnars have been rnade.(proof
