Assumption for Responsibility Assessment Matrix:


1. Students are consulted in the scope definition step for the purpose of defining the scope.
2. Companies cannot be included in the RACI matrix as there will be many companies
and they cannot be reached for the purpose of recruitment software for the college.
Companies requirements will be taken care by Placement Department (Admin).
3. No external stakeholders can be identified as the software is for the use by the college
and it won’t be having any effect on external aspects.
4. Direct of the college has the power to authorise the budget.
5. For through out the project phases Admin and College IT department has to be
consulted at many of the phases.
