PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The mBOSS system provides a total OSS solution. It includes SAM (subscriber administration and
management system), OBS (on-line billing system), PSC (prepaid service center) which is the rating engine, Web
based CSS (customer self service system), IVR-100/2000 (IVR based customer self care system), RADIUS and
some tools. The mBOSS modules above provide the total solution which covers the OSS functions below:

The mBOSS system is a converged OSS solution to serve mSwitch product lines as well as other vendors’
products. The mBOSS system is able to provide OSS support and management for PHS, VoIP, ADSL, WLAN,
IPTV, Mobile system (GSM, 3G, etc) and PSTN core networks.
The mBOSS system provides prepaid & postpaid solutions for all of these different services including PHS, VoIP,
ADSL, WLAN, IPTV, Mobile system (GSM, 3G, etc) and PSTN core networks. As a converged OSS system, one
customer is able to enjoy multiple services with the backend support by mSwitch mBOSS system. The
mBOSS prepaid solution is a mature solution that has been deployed in numerous sites.
