labour / labor
flavour / flavor
Words ending in –ise (British) –ize (American):
realise / realize
apologise / apologize
The same goes for the nouns and adjectives derived from those verbs.
organisation / organization
Words ending in –re (British) –er (American):
theatre / theater
centre / center
