1 New Layout
The layout of SCQ has been thoroughly redesigned to better match the design of the new
ONE.KBP and to provide a better user experience. Apart from new fonts and colours, input con-
trols have been revised and the overall font size has been increased, resulting in much better
legibility.

1.1 Navigation Bar

The new navigation bar on the top is available on all pages of SCQ. From here all major parts of
the application are conveniently accessible.

The new navigation bar provides the following links:

 Search – Landing page for internal users.

 Home – Landing page for suppliers (only displayed when a supplier has been selected)
 Quality Status – (only displayed on detail pages on the quality status)
 Supplier Data – Basic data, GAS-TI Data, ISQAD Data
 Help – Online user manual for the currently displayed page

The link for the currently displayed page is being styled with a white underline.

1.2 Detail Pages on the Quality Status

Other than revised colours and fonts, the detail pages have not been altered and provide the
same information as before.

This applies for the following pages:

 Quality Status for Volkswagen Group

 Quality Status for a brand
 Quality Status for plants of a brand
 Quality Status for plants of a brand for a material group
 Quality Status for a material group of a brand
 Quality Status for a material group of a brand in a plant

1.3 Supplier Overview

The home page of the supplier now features bigger fonts, buttons, and logos.

The menu on the right hand side has been removed. Its links have been relocated:

 Supplier search, supplier data and the help are now located in the navigation bar. See
chapter 1.1
 The reports for the quality status, line incidents, and inspection reports for all brands
are now located in the heading row on the right hand side, analogous to the detail
pages.

The incident count for each brand is now displayed on a badge inside the brand cards.

1.4 Supplier Search

The page for the supplier search has been redesigned as well. The input fields have been rear-
ranged in a more symmetric fashion and are now larger with a bigger font.

To select a supplier, anywhere on the row in the result set. The rows are now clickable on its en-
tire length.

2 Quality Status for Volkswagen Group

The supplier overview page now accommodates a new card for the quality status for the whole
Volkswagen Group.

This Group overview presents the accumulated quality status across all brands. In this card only
the total quality status is available. A break down by plant or material group, like with the other
brands, is not available.

3 Data on Q-Ability
SCQ now provides data about the Q-ability from the system ISQAD.

The following data are being displayed:

 Product group number

 Product group
 Product group characteristic
 Rating
 Fulfilment degree in %
 Report number
 Date

These data are available at the following locations in SCQ:

 On the page “Supplier Data”

 In the Report for all brands on the supplier home page.

4 Data on Q-Performance
SCQ now provides data about the Q-performance from the system GAS-TI.

The following data are being displayed:

 Plant
 Date
 Level
 Product group
 Product group description
 Expiry date
 Part number
 Part description

Additionally, the Group Q-Performance Rating is being displayed. When there is a level 3 rating
for the Volkswagen Group, its row will be displayed on the top of the list with a red background.

These data are available at the following locations in SCQ:

 On the page “Supplier Data”

 In the Report for all brands on the supplier home page.

5 Bug-fixes
5.1 Missing links to Excel reports on the supplier home page
In cases where there were no incidents within the given period the links to PDF report and the
Excel report for line incidents were not displayed. Since this behavior caused confusion in some
cases the links are now displayed at all times. Inside the report there will be an info that no
data is available.

5.2 Missing links to the PDF report on the supplier home page
In rare cases the link to the PDF report for all brands was not displayed due to inconsistencies
within delivery quantity data. This bug has been fixed.
