AOTA “Hill Day” Student Advocate, Capitol Hill, Washington, D.C. Sept. 2017
 Lead group of over twenty OT students and practitioners to present argument to Ohio State
Representatives in favor of permanently repealing cap on Medicare outpatient therapy services
(H.R. 807 and S. 253).
 Met with Columbus voting district State Representative staffers to discuss the Medicare Home
Health Flexibility Act of 2017 (S.977) and support for key HRSA workforce training programs such
as Title VII, Title VIII and the BHWET program.
