CONDUCTING RATING SCALES

Below you will find continuous rating scales that will be used for the evaluation of your conducting and
your own self-evaluation. In order for the scales to have some degree of validity and reliability, the
following rules must be followed when using the scale: This is a five-point rating scale, so the scale criterion
are used in the following way:

When evaluating yourself, the grade of “2” is assigned is the criterion being evaluated is, to your
judgement, of “average” achievement. 4 would represent a perfect score in that criterion, while a “0”
would denote under achievement of no achievement on that criterion.
