As seen above are the 33 Barangays of Angeles City. The


selected site is Located at Pulung Bulu.

Since the project lies under the category of Group 1, the project is
considered as and Industrial Structure. Analysis from the figure shows
that the ample sites for the project are within the southern part or
Capaya, right side of Pulung maragul, southern part of Sapa Libutad,
southern part of Cauayan and left side of Margot (All labelled Purple
from Figure 14)

The main Catchment area for Angeles within the scope of 25


years is being perceived to be the Abacan River as indicated in
Figure 19. The site itself is only susceptible of a low chance of
flooding.

The site lies within 92m – 87m gradient.


3.3.2 Organizational Structure

The chart is adopted from a manufacturing Company Chart Template, re-


oriented to suit an MRF with a research facility.

• Board - Has the ability to administrate, execute plans and


proposals.
• Legal Department - Reassures that every plans and contracts
take legal actions and certifies every tangible document are
under the ownership of the shareholders.
• Director - Initiates the approved plan of action and everything
that the board had discussed.
• Production Department - Regulates the applied plan of action,
assesses the quality of labor and the status of equipment.
• Investment Department - Re-evaluates the proposals from the
research team which shall then be discussed for approval.
• Marketing Department - Re-evaluates the proposals from the
research team which shall then be discussed for approval.
• Research Department - Studies the possibilities of new type of
innovations, systems and products that could be implemented.
• Human Resource - In charge of the hiring, outsourcing of staffs,
evaluation of staffs, training and deployment.
3.3.3 Behavioral Patterns

The diagram is formulated based from how the Organizational Structure


functions.

• Admin Building – Serves to store important documents,


facilitate offices for the administrative staffs and to facilitate
Official meetings.
• Conference room – The main collaborative area for
administrative staffs and the executives to discuss their plans
and proposals.
• Research Department - The facility involved with multiple
laboratory and mechanical equipment to test the properties of
waste into different purposes.
• Human Resource Office – One of the frontages of the structure
to cater aspiring applicants who would like to apply as a staff.
• MRF – The main facility involved with facilitating waste and
equipments that sorts-out waste. This is where the HR directly
exposes and trains the applicants.
• Investment Office- a branch of the Admin building in charge of
re-evaluating the findings and proposals of the Research
department. This office also consists of a laboratory to ensure
the necessary measures into testing materials.
