GAGAL CEMENT WORKS June 24,2014 OFFICE ORDER It has been noticed that some of the Managerial Staff/HODs are pushing to shift/accommodate the external Service Engineers visiting us under obligation of their Purchase Orders to one of our Hostels i.e. “EKLAVYA AWAS”. Presently, the Service Engineers from different Vendors are being accommodated either in Gagal Sadan or in Gypsy Hut. It is already aware to all that the Eklavya Awas is only used for accommodating the following :- i, Trainees/Bachelors/Lateral hires [As the case may be] ii. Training Faculties being near to Training Centre iil, Officials of our Company coming to Gagal from different .locations Further, it is also pointed out that accommodation being one of the terms of Purchase Order is now seemed to have become a standard quote, as far as possible it should be avoided. However, if it is required to be included then they should be accommodated in Gagal Sadan/Gypsy Hut and if no room is available in either of these two then may be adjusted in Eklavya Awas.
