Policy on Referral Bonus

Pixel Conception Technologies Pvt. Ltd. provides referral bonus to its employees for referring a candidate.

How to refer a Candidate?

Employee need to send an email to recruitment@pixelconception.com with below details.

a) Name of the Candidate

b) Position applied for
c) Resume of the candidate
d) Employee code of the employee who is referring the candidate

The above details should be shared with HR Department before the interview is scheduled failing which
employee will not be eligible for referral bonus.

Eligibility for referral bonus

Employee will be eligible for referral bonus only if all the below mentioned conditioned are satisfied.

a) Candidate should be selected by the Human Resource Department for final offer.
b) Candidate should join Pixel Conception Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and should continue his services for at
least 6 months.
c) Employee who has referred the candidate should be on the payroll of Pixel Conception Technologies
Pvt. Ltd. on the date when the candidate completes 6 months in the company.

Mode of Payment

Referral bonus will be directly credited to employee’s salary once he/she becomes eligible for the same.
