Position.

Position : Trainee CAD Engineer

Education Criteria: BE/B. Tech Civil Engineering 2022/2023 passed out

Work Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

Salary Package: up to 20,000/- CTC Per month (Rs.17,000/- Fixed Pay (includes statutory privileges) &
Rs.3000/- Retention Bonus)

Desired candidate Specification

 Aggregate: B. Tech >= 65%, SSC & Intermediate >= 70%

 Good Subject knowledge in Civil Engineering

 Basic knowledge on Auto-cad

Terms and conditions of employment

 3 years’ service agreement

 Rs.1,00,000 Bank Guarantee – Up on successful completion of 3 years candidate can encash

bank guarantee.

 Starting compensation is 17,000 Fixed pay (includes statutory privileges) and 3,000
Retention Bonus.

 Retention Bonus will be Rs. 3000 per month for 3 years, candidate eligible for this retention
bonus for 36 months * Rs.3000 = Rs.1,08,000/- INR.

 You are not entitled for retention bonus, if you leave the company on or before completion
of 3.5 years.

 Their first appraisal will be after 1 year on fixed pay based on performance.

*** Note: Candidates who meet above criteria and ready to give 3yrs Service
agreement and 1 Lakh Bank Guarantee can share CV.

Interview process:
  First Round: Aptitude, Technical & Trigonometry (Cut off marks 50% & above)

 Second Round: Technical Face To Face

 Third Round: HR

Technical Interview questions will be related to following topics. So candidates are expected to be well
prepared on these topics.
