1 Professional Fee for Provision of Administrator as a Service (AAAS)
One Time Setup Fee $ 5,000.00
Career Conversion Program (CCP)
Task of Work:
Liaise with program manager (PM) on CCP Qualifying Criteria
Liaise with program manager and relevant SSG provider for Courseware
Preparation of Job Description for Positions required by management
Review of candidate CV
Review of Business Transformation Plan
Preparation of relevant employment contract for onboarding of candidate
Preparation of relevant documents for review with appointed PM
Development of On-the-Job Training Program
Assist Employee in the On-Job-Training and Documentation
Support in relevant documents for PM during CCP Process
Communicate with PM documents upon completion of CCP
Support Company in term of Claim process

Above 40 years Old

New Hire (up to 6 months’ salary support) $ 3,000.00
Redeployment (up to 6 months’ of salary support) $ 5,000.00
Reskilling (up to 3 months’ of salary support) $ 3,000.00

Below 40 years Old

New Hire (up to 6 months’ salary support) $ 2,500.00
Redeployment (up to 6 months’ of salary support) $ 4,000.00
Reskilling (up to 3 months’ of salary support) $ 2,500.00

 Annex 1

a) Project management
A project manager will be assigned to the company / individual for the service rendered as
follows:

- Career Conversion Program (CCP):

Funding Support:
a. up to 70% of Fixed monthly salary (Capped at $4,000 per month)
o Employees below 40 years of age), employment duration within first 3 months
o New Employee must be Singapore Citizen (SC) or Permanent Residents (SPR)
b. up to 90% of Fixed monthly salary (Capped at $6,000 per month)
o (Employees above 40 years of age), employment within 3 months
o New Employee must be Singapore Citizen (SC) or Permanent Residents (SPR)
o New Employee can also be Long-Term Unemployed (At least 6 months for SC + SPR)
Support Duration for Place-And-Train (New Hires)
a. PMET: Up to 3 months
b. Rank and File: Up to 3 months
Support Duration for JR Reskilling (Existing Workers)
a. PMET & Rank and File: Up to 3 months

Terms and Conditions (Career Conversion Program)

Eligibility Criteria for Companies
a. Registered or incorporated in Singapore.
b. Offer a minimum fixed monthly salary of S$1,850 for RnF Workers and S$2,500 for PMET
workers.
c. Be committed to work with WSG or its appointed partner on the necessary administrative
matters related to the CCP.
d. Develop OJT for conversion of new hires and existing employees into new roles that are
substantially different from previous roles.
Eligibility Criteria for Candidates
a. Must be Singapore Citizen / PR.
b. Be at least 21 years old.
c. Must not be a shareholder or related to the CCP host company, or its related companies.
d. Must not be undergoing any programmes funded by WSG concurrently.
e. For new hires, OJT should commence within 3 months from date of employment.
f. Existing employees must be employed by the company for more than 12 months at the point
of application.

(i) Variant Order in the Scope of work for Annex 1:

The role of the project manager does not cover the Human Resources scope of work which may
involve the Recruitment and Selection Process. The project manager would do recommendation of
vendors to management but does not assure the performance of the vendors where management
would need to do it’s due diligent.

Variant Order occurred during the period; Magiclamp Singapore Pte Ltd reserves the rights for
invoicing BW EPIC KOSAN LTD at per man-day rate of $1,000.

 (ii) Termination Clause

For termination of the Administrator as a Service (AAAS), each party will require to give
one (1) month of notice to enable handing over back of information to BW EPIC KOSAN
LTD.

(iii) Payment Schedule

Upon agreement to this said quotation, initial collection of the downpayment will be
collected with the sign off to accept this quotation.

Professional Fee for Provision of Administrator as a Service (AAAS)

Applicable to the following grant:
- Career Conversion Programme (CCP)

Downpayment (for preparation of documents) 50%

Submission of applications to Program Manager 40%
Claim process 10%

Other Terms and Conditions

The full amount due will be invoiced based on the amount as indicated above in clause (iv). Invoices issued
shall be due and payable within Seven (7) days from the date of the invoice.

Any delay in payment over 30 days will be imposed a 5% on the Balance amount.
Further delay of over 60 days will cause disruption to any service as it will be suspended till payment is made.
In the situation of requirement to request for re-instate of service, we will require the company to write in to:
accounts@magiclamp.com.sg, there will be an admin fee of $150 for any re-instate of the service required.
Please be reminded to copy the Business Manager allocated to your company.

Magiclamp Singapore Pte Ltd shall not be liable nor entertain any refund or request as well as any
compensation for the disruption caused due to non-payment.

Magiclamp Singapore Pte Ltd is also not responsible for any outcome of government program the company is
applying for.

The entire agreement shall comprise of the details indicated in this document and the Terms and Conditions
which can be found at www.magiclamp.com.sg/terms.
