drafted by ACE-3 for MBA/ MCA Examinations scheduled from 17-1-2011.

Principals of the following MBA/ MCA colleges ( Medak, Nizamabad, Adilabad,

Karim Nagar, Mahaboobnagar, Warangal & Khammam) are requested to intimate the
observers drafted from their college for Spell 1 (drafted by Addl. Controller of
Examiantions-3) that they should contact the principal of respective college, where they
have to perform Observer duty from 17-1-2011 onwards. These Observers drafted for
spell 1 (17-1-2011 to 22-1-2011) has to contact one day before in order to collect
information about exact location of the college and transport facilities available to reach
the College in time to avoid any delay in commencement of examination.
If the observers drafted to their colleges for Spell-1did not contact one day before,
Principals should contact the below mentioned colleges from which observer were
drafted.
If there is any discrepancy, you are requested to contact the Addl. Controller of
Examiantions-3 for clarification.
All the Observers drafted to perform observer duty are requested to download the
attachment of Observer Dairy, Remuneration form, TA & DA bill, Instructions to the
Observers and fill the particulars and submit them to the Addl. Controller of
Examiantions-3 after completion of the spell.

Note: 1) Without Observers colleges should not commence the examinations.

2) Some Colleges did not send Observers list (blank spaces left in the following
table), They should contact CE immediately to enable us to conduct the
examinations in their colleges.

SPELL-1 (17-1-2011 to 22-1-2011)

ORDER:-

The following faculty members were drafted as External Observers for MBA/MCA.
regular/Supple. examinations commencing from 17th Jan 2011, at the colleges mentioned
below:

He/She is requested to report to the Principal & Chief Superintendent of examinations at

the college 1½ hour in advance on each day of examination. He/She is eligible for conveyance
and other allowances as per the University guidelines (refer annexure) and also for a
remuneration of Rs.300/- per each session of examination. The Observer dairy, TA/DA &
remuneration bills must be submitted after obtaining the counter signatures of the Chief
Superintendent of the examination centre and should be sent to this Office of Addl.Controller of
Examinations-3 after completion of their assignment.

A copy of Guidelines for Observers along with Observer’s Dairy is enclosed, which
should be filled on each day of examination. Observer should strictly follow the guidelines for
smooth conduct of examinations. The Observers are requested to contact the Addl. Controller of
Exams-3, if any clarification is required during conduct of examinations.
