Step 1: Submit your sickness claim thru the portal
Submit your sickness claim request through the portal.
Step 2: Submit required documents via Benefits Dropbox
The following list of required documents should be submitted:
SSS ID or Two (2) valid IDs (Photocopy)

Step 3: Receive acknowledgement status of submitted documents
You will receive an email notification acknowledging receipt of the documents that you submitted. The documents will be endorsed by AEE Benefits Admin team to SSS for agency evaluation and approval. Assessment of your medical documents and approval of your application are entirely being done by SSS Agency. In some cases, SSS may require additional documents which you will also be notified accordingly.
Step 4: Receive via email the claim approval status
You will receive a notification status via email on the approval status of your claim request. You will receive an email notification confirming that your sickness claim has been approved by the SSS agency. Note that the no. of SL days approved by SSS can be less than the number of days applied for. SSS usually takes 2 to 3 weeks to provide the status of sickness claim (approved or denied).
Step 5: Payout of sickness claim
You will receive a notification status via email on the approval status of your claim request. You will receive an email notification once your sickness claim payout has been credited to your payroll account.
Step 6: Submit required reimbursement documents
Once your sickness benefit has been advanced by Accenture, you need to submit the SSS Sickness Benefit Reimbursement Application Form within 7 days from the day the Sickness Benefit was credited to your account. Should you fail to submit on the specified timeline, the sickness benefit that has been credited to you will be deducted from your pay.

Step 7: Receive acknowledgement status of submitted documents
You will receive an email notification acknowledging receipt of the documents that you submitted. In some cases, SSS may require you to submit additional documents which you will be notified accordingly.
Step 8: Receive completed status confirmation of your claim
You will receive an email notification once your sickness claim process has been completed.
Step 9: Your Sickness has been closed
You will receive an email notification once your sickness claim process has been completed.
