The Beneficent (1) Hath made known the Qur'an. (2) He hath created man. (3) He hath taught him
utterance. (4) The sun and the moon are made punctual. (5) The stars and the trees adore. (6) And the sky
He hath uplifted; and He hath set the measure, (7) That ye exceed not the measure, (8) But observe the
measure strictly, nor fall short thereof. (9) And the earth hath He appointed for (His) creatures, (10)
Wherein are fruit and sheathed palm-trees, (11) Husked grain and scented herb. (12) Which is it, of the
favours of your Lord, that ye deny? (13) He created man of clay like the potter's, (14) And the jinn did He
create of smokeless fire. (15) Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? (16) Lord of the two
Easts, and Lord of the two Wests! (17) Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? (18) He hath
loosed the two seas. They meet. (19) There is a barrier between them. They encroach not (one upon the
other). (20) Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? (21) There cometh forth from both of
them the pearl and coral-stone. (22) Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? (23) His are the
ships displayed upon the sea, like banners. (24) Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? (25)
Everyone that is thereon will pass away; (26) There remaineth but the Countenance of thy Lord of Might
and Glory. (27) Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? (28) All that are in the heavens and
the earth entreat Him. Every day He exerciseth (universal) power. (29) Which is it, of the favours of your
Lord, that ye deny? (30) We shall dispose of you, O ye two dependents (man and jinn). (31) Which is it, of
the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? (32) O company of jinn and men, if ye have power to penetrate (all)
regions of the heavens and the earth, then penetrate (them)! Ye will never penetrate them save with (Our)
sanction. (33) Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? (34) There will be sent, against you
both, heat of fire and flash of brass, and ye will not escape. (35) Which is it, of the favours of your Lord,
that ye deny? (36) And when the heaven splitteth asunder and becometh rosy like red hide - (37) Which is
it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? - (38) On that day neither man nor jinni will be questioned of
his sin. (39) Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? (40) The guilty will be known by their
marks, and will be taken by the forelocks and the feet. (41) Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye
deny? (42) This is Hell which the guilty deny. (43) They go circling round between it and fierce, boiling
water. (44) Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? (45) But for him who feareth the standing
before his Lord there are two gardens. (46) Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? (47) Of
spreading branches. (48) Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? (49) Wherein are two
fountains flowing. (50) Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? (51) Wherein is every kind
of fruit in pairs. (52) Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? (53) Reclining upon couches
lined with silk brocade, the fruit of both the gardens near to hand. (54) Which is it, of the favours of your
Lord, that ye deny? (55) Therein are those of modest gaze, whom neither man nor jinni will have touched
before them. (56) Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? (57) (In beauty) like the jacynth
and the coral-stone. (58) Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? (59) Is the reward of
goodness aught save goodness? (60) Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? (61) And beside
them are two other gardens, (62) Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? (63) Dark green
with foliage. (64) Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? (65) Wherein are two abundant
springs. (66) Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? (67) Wherein is fruit, the date-palm and
pomegranate. (68) Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? (69) Wherein (are found) the
good and beautiful - (70) Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? - (71) Fair ones, close-
guarded in pavilions - (72) Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? - (73) Whom neither man
nor jinni will have touched before them - (74) Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? (75)
Reclining on green cushions and fair carpets. (76) Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny?
(77) Blessed be the name of thy Lord, Mighty and glorious! (78)

(Allah) Most Gracious! (1) It is He Who has taught the Qur'an. (2) He has created man: (3) He has taught
him speech (and Intelligence) (4) The sun and the moon follow courses (exactly) computed; (5) And the
herbs and the trees-both (alike) bow in adoration. (6) And the Firmament has He raised high, and He has set
up the balance (of Justice), (7) In order that ye may not transgress (due) balance. (8) So establish weight
with justice and fall not short in the balance. (9) It is He Who has spread out the earth for (His) creatures:
(10) Therein is fruit and date-palms, producing spathes (enclosing dates): (11) Also corn with (its) leaves
and stalk for fodder and sweet-smelling plants. (12) Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?
(13) He created man from sounding clay like unto pottery, (14) And He created Jinns from fire free of
smoke: (15) Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? (16) (He is) Lord of the two Easts and
Lord of the two Wests: (17) Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? (18) He has let free the
two bodies of flowing water, meeting together: (19) Between them is a Barrier which they do not
transgress: (20) Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? (21) Out of them come Pearls and
Coral: (22) Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? (23) And His are the Ships sailing
smoothly through the seas lofty as mountains: (24) Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?
(25) All that is on earth will perish; (26) But will abide (forever) the Face of thy Lord― full of Majesty,
Bounty and Honour. (27) Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? (28) Of Him seeks (its
needs) every creature in the heavens and on earth: every day in (new) Splendour doth He (shine)! (29) Then
which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? (30) Soon shall We settle your affairs, O both ye worlds!
(31) Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? (32) O ye assembly of Jinns and men! if it be ye
can pass beyond the zones of the heavens and the earth, pass ye! Not without authority shall ye be able to
pass! (33) Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? (34) On you will be sent (O ye evil ones
twain!) a flame of fire (to burn) and a smoke (to choke): no defence will ye have: (35) Then which of the
favours of your Lord will ye deny? (36) When the sky is rent asunder, and it becomes red like ointment:
(37) Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? (38) On that Day no question will be asked of
man or Jinn as to his sin. (39) Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? (40) (For) the sinners
will be known by their Marks: and they will be seized by their forelocks and their feet. (41) Then which of
the favours of your Lord will ye deny? (42) This is the Hell which the Sinners deny. (43) In its midst and in
the midst of boiling hot water will they wander round! (44) Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye
deny? (45) But for such as fear the time when they will stand before (the Judgment Seat of) their Lord,
there will be two Gardens― (46) Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? (47) Containing all
kinds (of trees and delights)― (48) Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? (49) In them
(each) will be two Springs flowing (free); (50) Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? (51)
In them will be Fruits of every kind, two and two. (52) Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye
deny? (53) They will recline on Carpets, whose inner linings will be of rich brocade: the Fruit of the
Gardens will be near (and easy of reach). (54) Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? (55) In
them will be (Maidens), chaste, restraining their glances, whom no man or Jinn before them has touched―
(56) Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? (57) Like unto rubies and coral. (58) Then
which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? (59) Is there any Reward for Good other than Good? (60)
Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? (61) And besides these two, there are two other
Gardens― (62) Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? (63) Dark green in colour (from
plentiful watering). (64) Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? (65) In them (each) will be
two springs pouring forth water in continuous abundance: (66) Then which of the favours of your Lord will
ye deny? (67) In them will be Fruits, and dates and pomegranates: (68) Then which of the favours of your
Lord will ye deny? (69) In them will be fair (companions), good, beautiful― (70) Then which of the
favours of your Lord will ye deny? (71) Companions restrained (as to their glances), in (goodly) pavilions
(72) Then which of the favour of your Lord will ye deny? (73) Whom no man or Jinn before them has
touched― (74) Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? (75) Reclining on green Cushions
and rich Carpets of beauty. (76) Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? (77) Blessed be the
name of thy Lord, Full of Majesty Bounty, and Honour. (78)
 ‫سورة الرّحم ٰن‬
‫شروع ال کے نام سے جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم وال ہے‬

‫)خدا جو( نہایت مہربان )‪ (۱‬اسی نے قرآن کی تعلیم فرمائی )‪ (۲‬اسی نے انسان کو پیدا کیا )‪(۳‬‬
‫اسی نے اس کو بولنا سکھایا )‪ (۴‬سورج اور چاند ایک حساب مقرر سے چل رہے ہیں )‪ (۵‬اور‬
‫بوٹیاں اور درخت سجدہ کر رہے ہیں )‪ (۶‬اور اسی نے آسمان کو بلند کیا اور ترازو قائم کی )‪(۷‬‬
‫کہ ترازو )سے تولنے( میں حد سے تجاوز نہ کرو )‪ (۸‬اور انصاف کے ساتھ ٹھیک تولو۔ اور‬
‫تول کم مت کرو )‪ (۹‬اور اسی نے خلقت کے لئے زمین بچھائی )‪ (۱۰‬اس میں میوے اور کھجور‬
‫کے درخت ہیں جن کے خوشوں پر غلف ہوتے ہیں )‪ (۱۱‬اور اناج جس کے ساتھ بھس ہوتا ہے‬
‫اور خوشبودار پھول )‪ (۱۲‬تو )اے گروہ جن وانس( تم اپنے پروردگار کی کون کون سی نعمت کو‬
‫جھٹلؤ گے؟ )‪ (۱۳‬اسی نے انسان کو ٹھیکرے کی طرح کھنکھناتی مٹی سے بنایا )‪ (۱۴‬اور‬
‫جنات کو آگ کے شعلے سے پیدا کیا )‪ (۱۵‬تو تم اپنے پروردگار کی کون کون سی نعمت کو‬
‫جھٹلؤ گے؟ )‪ (۱۶‬وہی دونوں مشرقوں اور دونوں مغربوں کا مالک )ہے( )‪ (۱۷‬تو تم اپنے‬
‫پروردگار کی کون کون سی نعمت کو جھٹلؤ گے؟ )‪ (۱۸‬اسی نے دو دریا رواں کئے جو آپس‬
‫میں ملتے ہیں )‪ (۱۹‬دونوں میں ایک آڑ ہے کہ )اس سے( تجاوز نہیں کرسکتے )‪ (۲۰‬تو تم اپنے‬
‫پروردگار کی کون کون سی نعمت کو جھٹلؤ گے؟ )‪ (۲۱‬دونوں دریاؤں سے موتی اور مونگے‬
‫نکلتے ہیں )‪ (۲۲‬تو تم اپنے پروردگار کی کون کون سی نعمت کو جھٹلؤ گے؟ )‪ (۲۳‬اور جہاز‬
‫بھی اسی کے ہیں جو دریا میں پہاڑوں کی طرح اونچے کھڑے ہوتے ہیں )‪ (۲۴‬تو تم اپنے‬
‫پروردگار کی کون کون سی نعمت کو جھٹلؤ گے؟ )‪ (۲۵‬جو )مخلوق( زمین پر ہے سب کو فنا‬
‫ہونا ہے )‪ (۲۶‬اور تمہارے پروردگار ہی کی ذات )بابرکات( جو صاحب جلل وعظمت ہے باقی‬
‫رہے گی )‪ (۲۷‬تو تم اپنے پروردگار کی کون کون سی نعمت کو جھٹلؤ گے؟ )‪ (۲۸‬آسمان اور‬
‫زمین میں جتنے لوگ ہیں سب اسی سے مانگتے ہیں۔ وہ ہر روز کام میں مصروف رہتا ہے )‪(۲۹‬‬
‫تو تم اپنے پروردگار کی کون کون سی نعمت کو جھٹلؤ گے؟ )‪ (۳۰‬اے دونوں جماعتو! ہم‬
‫عنقریب تمہاری طرف متوجہ ہوتے ہیں )‪ (۳۱‬تو تم اپنے پروردگار کی کون کون سی نعمت کو‬
‫جھٹلؤ گے؟ )‪ (۳۲‬اے گروہِ جن وانس اگر تمہیں قدرت ہو کہ آسمان اور زمین کے کناروں سے‬
‫نکل جاؤ تو نکل جاؤ۔ اور زور کے سوا تم نکل سکنے ہی کے نہیں )‪ (۳۳‬تو تم اپنے پروردگار‬
‫کی کون کون سی نعمت کو جھٹلؤ گے؟ )‪ (۳۴‬تم پر آگ کے شعلے اور دھواں چھوڑ دیا جائے‬
‫گا تو پھر تم مقابلہ نہ کرسکو گے )‪ (۳۵‬تو تم اپنے پروردگار کی کون کون سی نعمت کو جھٹلؤ‬
‫گے؟ )‪ (۳۶‬پھر جب آسمان پھٹ کر تیل کی تلچھٹ کی طرح گلبی ہوجائے گا )تو( وہ کیسا‬
‫ہولناک دن ہوگا )‪ (۳۷‬تو تم اپنے پروردگار کی کون کون سی نعمت کو جھٹلؤ گے؟ )‪ (۳۸‬اس‬
‫روز نہ تو کسی انسان سے اس کے گناہوں کے بارے میں پرسش کی جائے گی اور نہ کسی جن‬
‫سے )‪ (۳۹‬تو تم اپنے پروردگار کی کون کون سی نعمت کو جھٹلؤ گے؟ )‪ (۴۰‬گنہگار اپنے‬
‫چہرے ہی سے پہچان لئے جائیں گے تو پیشانی کے بالوں اور پاؤں سے پکڑ لئے جائیں گے )‪(۴۱‬‬
‫تو تم اپنے پروردگار کی کون کون سی نعمت کو جھٹلؤ گے؟ )‪ (۴۲‬یہی وہ جہنم ہے جسے‬
‫گنہگار لوگ جھٹلتے تھے )‪ (۴۳‬وہ دوزخ اور کھولتے ہوئے گرم پانی کے درمیان گھومتے‬
‫پھریں گے )‪ (۴۴‬تو تم اپنے پروردگار کی کون کون سی نعمت کو جھٹلؤ گے؟ )‪ (۴۵‬اور جو‬
‫شخص اپنے پروردگار کے سامنے کھڑے ہونے سے ڈرا اس کے لئے دو باغ ہیں )‪ (۴۶‬تو تم اپنے‬
‫پروردگار کی کون کون سی نعمت کو جھٹلؤ گے؟ )‪ (۴۷‬ان دونوں میں بہت سی شاخیں )یعنی‬
 ‫قسم قسم کے میووں کے درخت ہیں( )‪ (۴۸‬تو تم اپنے پروردگار کی کون کون سی نعمت کو‬
‫جھٹلؤ گے؟ )‪ (۴۹‬ان میں دو چشمے بہہ رہے ہیں )‪ (۵۰‬تو تم اپنے پروردگار کی کون کون سی‬
‫نعمت کو جھٹلؤ گے؟ )‪ (۵۱‬ان میں سب میوے دو دو قسم کے ہیں )‪ (۵۲‬تو تم اپنے پروردگار‬
‫کی کون کون سی نعمت کو جھٹلؤ گے؟ )‪) (۵۳‬اہل جنت( ایسے بچھونوں پر جن کے استرا‬
‫طلس کے ہیں تکیہ لگائے ہوئے ہوں گے۔ اور دونوں باغوں کے میوے قریب )جھک رہے( ہیں )‬
‫‪ (۵۴‬تو تم اپنے پروردگار کی کون کون سی نعمت کو جھٹلؤ گے؟ )‪ (۵۵‬ان میں نیچی نگاہ‬
‫والی عورتیں ہیں جن کو اہل جنت سے پہلے نہ کسی انسان نے ہاتھ لگایا اور نہ کسی جن نے )‪(۵۶‬‬
‫تو تم اپنے پروردگار کی کون کون سی نعمت کو جھٹلؤ گے؟ )‪ (۵۷‬گویا وہ یاقوت اور مرجان‬
‫ہیں )‪ (۵۸‬تو تم اپنے پروردگار کی کون کون سی نعمت کو جھٹلؤ گے؟ )‪ (۵۹‬نیکی کا بدلہ‬
‫نیکی کے سوا کچھ نہیں ہے )‪ (۶۰‬تو تم اپنے پروردگار کی کون کون سی نعمت کو جھٹلؤ گے؟‬
‫)‪ (۶۱‬اور ان باغوں کے علوہ دو باغ اور ہیں )‪ (۶۲‬تو تم اپنے پروردگار کی کون کون سی‬
‫نعمت کو جھٹلؤ گے؟ )‪ (۶۳‬دونوں خوب گہرے سبز )‪ (۶۴‬تو تم اپنے پروردگار کی کون کون‬
‫سی نعمت کو جھٹلؤ گے؟ )‪ (۶۵‬ان میں دو چشمے ابل رہے ہیں )‪ (۶۶‬تو تم اپنے پروردگار کی‬

‫قالینوں اور نفیس مسندوں پر تکیہ لگائے بیٹھے ہوں گے )‪ (۷۶‬تو تم اپنے پروردگار کی کون‬
‫کون سی نعمت کو جھٹلؤ گے؟ )‪) (۷۷‬اے محمد( تمہارا پروردگار جو صاحب جلل وعظمت‬
