Well you yourself can check the road map below,

It just says that from ANSYS 17.0 ,it is officially compatible with Windows 10.

But the real scenario is that, Windows 10 has features that makes programs run that were
compatible with older version of windows.
For this,
1. Right click the application.

2. Go to properties.

3. Click on compatibility tab.

4. Click on the check box stated "Run this program in compatibility mode for and
select the operating system in the below drop-down box.

You may rarely experience some issues while running in compatibility mode.

As far as I could figure out, Ansys v15, v16 and v17 work without any problems on
Windows 10. Could not find any sources to verify the compatibility of v14.

Quoting a platform support release by Ansys for v17:

ANSYS 17.0 includes support for the following:

Windows 7 (64-bit Professional and Enterprise editions)

Windows 8.1 (64-bit Professional and Enterprise editions)

Windows 10 (64-bit Professional, Enterprise and Education editions)

Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard Edition (64-bit), Windows HPC Server 2008
R2 (64-bit)

Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard Edition (64-bit)

Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)...

Yes all of them are compatible with Windows 10. The newer operating systems generally
support all the previous software versions while the newer software versions are directly
supported on the new operating systems.
