Are ANSYS v14, v15 and v16 compatible with Windows Can Ansys run on Windows 10 Home?
10? How does one install ANSYS 16.2 in Windows 10?
It just says that from ANSYS 17.0 ,it is officially compatible with Windows 10.
But the real scenario is that, Windows 10 has features that makes programs run that were
compatible with older version of windows.
For this,
1. Right click the application.
2. Go to properties.
4. Click on the check box stated "Run this program in compatibility mode for and
select the operating system in the below drop-down box.
You may rarely experience some issues while running in compatibility mode.

As far as I could figure out, Ansys v15, v16 and v17 work without any problems on
Windows 10. Could not find any sources to verify the compatibility of v14.

Yes all of them are compatible with Windows 10. The newer operating systems generally
support all the previous software versions while the newer software versions are directly
supported on the new operating systems.
