Operation steps (EP 3% The material will fall into the conveying equipment by gravity when the dome feed valve of the equipment is opened. The balance valve will open to vent the air in the equipment in the course of material filling, at that time the discharge valve on the pipe will be closed to prevent the air from sucking into the filter through ash conveying pipe. When the covered indicator for any material level in the sending equipment (or the setting time for material feeding is escaped) shows that there is full material in the sending equipment, there will be a short delay to fill the sending equipment completely, then the balance valve and dome valve will be closed, When all the balance valves and dome valves are closed and sealed, the discharge valve, air makeup valve and air inlet valve will be opened in proper order. At that time the compressed air will enter into all the sending equipment to convey the material into ash silo by pipes. When the material is conveyed to ash silo, a pressure drop signal will be sent out (which can be adjusted at site, the normal setting value is lower than 0,03Mpa) and the air conveying valve will be closed, thus one 6 circulation has been completed.
