partnership with the University of San Jose Recoletos Constitutional Law 1 Classes
are organizing a forum on the Philippines’ withdrawal from the ICC on Friday,
October 12, 2018. 8:30 – 11:30AM at Engineering AVR, University of San Jose
Recoletos, Main Campus, Cebu City. High Government Officials and Human Rights
Advocates are expected to speak on the issue. With this matter, we would like to
