How to complete the Business Investment Plan


This is a sample business investment plan. If you are applying for Victorian nomination
for the Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa (subclass 188) -
Significant Investor stream and intend to invest in a private company, use this plan to
provide the details of your investment, in relation to your application. The document
should be completed by representatives of the company in which you intend to invest.

1. Business logo and branding


 The plan should include the logo and branding of the private company in which you
will be investing.

2. Complete company and investment information


 Where indicated by highlighted text, provide details of the company, the investment
and how the investment will impact the company. It is important to provide as much
detail as you can, to assist us in assessing your application.

 When complete, remove highlighting.
