My full name is Siti Syamimi Binti Mohd Zulkifli given my parents.

I have 5 siblings and I the

second last, Mohd Zulkifli Bin Mat Ghani and Suriani Binti Sulong as my parents. I was born on 11 June
2001 at Hospital Universiti Sains Malaysia, Kubang Kerian. Me and my family stayed in Besut,
Terengganu. My father work as Supervisor at Agrobank Setiu, and my mother is a self-employed.

I was receiving early education at Tadika Yayasan Islam Terengganu when at age of 5 years up
to 6 years old. After that, I started my primary study in Sekolah Kebangsaan Kampung Raja which
located about 4 kilometers from my house. I had my schooling have for 6 years from primary 1 until
primary 6. I sat for my UPSR examination on 2013 and I passed with flying colours to score 5A’s. After
obtaining excellent results in UPSR, I was offered to continue my secondary education at Sekolah
Menengah Kebangsaan Tengku Mahmud which is one of the best school in my hometown. This school
is known as the cluster school of excellence. This school had taught me a lot about managing my study
and other activities. I actively involved in marching band at my school. In marching band, I plays
trombone and it is interesting for me. My best achievement in marching band was represented my
school in state level. On 2016, I had my PMR and I got 5A 2B 2C with 1D. My results is not good but I
am grateful.

When I was form 4, I study in class technical communication graph. In form 4, which the
busiest year but I also continue my involvement in the marching band. Luckily, i manage to arranged
my daily schedule very well. I took my SPM examination in the year 2018 and as the result, I got 1A
1A- 1B+ 5D and 1E, my result was not very good because I had fallen sick during the examination but
I gather all my strength to sit the examination. After SPM examination it is the important time for me
to choose which study field I need to take for my future. So I do the research about which course and
college is suitable and fit for me. after a week doing the research, I found the suitable college which is
Kolej Poly-tech Mara Kota Bharu.

I choose this college because it offer Diploma in Early Childhood Education for me to further
my study. This course will take me 3 years to finish my study. I chose to pursue my studies in this field
as I see that this field has immense potential with a very broad job market. In addition, I am also very
interested in this field because I like to be with children very much although the field offered is quite
challenging so I will try my best and consider it a challenge. I hope this course will help me develop
and polish my skills in this field.

Upon receiving my diploma, I will endeavour to pursue my degree in this course. I will prove
to my parents that their sacrifice to me is worth. In addition, I will look for a suitable career in my field
in the future to further enhance the economic status of the country in line with the call for Malaysia
2020 and strengthen the skilled labor industry in early childhood education. I also had ambition to
open my own nursery in the future and help this country to produce knowledgeable human capital.

That is all about me, my education and career planning. I will strive with all my strength to
fulfil my dream. Surely, if I were given a chance to get this scholarship, I will it as a responsibility for
my nation, specifically for Malays. I am confidence that with the right intention, enough hard-work
and aspiration, I will become a successful early childhood educator.
