INTRODUCTION
Saturday Morning at 8:00-10:00 am. We will conduct our Literacy
Training Service (LTS) that also serves as a community service at Brgy.
Capalong, Real, Quezon. We are compose of 11 students. This service
was stated in the implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of National
Service Training Program (NSTP).

Before we start our session, we do first the letter that will be

submitted to the Brgy. captain of capalong Mrs. Beatriz Mapaye for
asking a permission to let us conduct our teaching session on their
barangay. Our target students are ages 3-11 years old. Each of us must
have atleast 2 students to teach. We are hoping that through this
community service we can give happiness and share our knowledge to
those children because as a future educator we must have an enough
knowledge and we must do it whole-heartedly.
Day 2 (October 5, 2019)

On our second day of teaching we do the same like going to the

house of the children and ask again the permission of their parents.
Before we start our session Mecah Ella Tejada lead the prayer followed
by exercise lead by Rosielyn Vilanueva and Joy Mica Prudente. After our
warm up we let them continuing writing their names and drawing fruits
and vegetables and color it. We divide them in the activities according
to their age. The number of ages 4-7 years old are 15 while ages 8-
above are 9. After thata activity one our member read a story entitled
The Legend Of the Pineapple and lastly their favorite part the break
time, we ate together. At the end of our session we give thanks to them
specially to their parents for letting their children to be a part of our
teaching session and also to Hon. Mrs. Beatriz Mapaye for giving us the
opportunity and letting us to conduct our session on their brgy. Hall.
REFLECTION

In our 2 days of teaching it is a great privilege for us to teach

those students and we are so happy to share our knowledge that we
learn also in the school to them. We hope that they learned to us, it is
not about only they learn but we also learn from them that as a future
teacher we must be have long patience and understanding to our
future students.
