a. Presentaion of the lesson:

What have you observe about our activity? (student raising their hands)
Exellent observation class!

Today we will read a parable. Do you know No Sir

what parable is?

b. Presentation of objectives:

Meantime, let’s us read the objective for

today’s lesson.

c. Unlocking of difficulties

Class I have here a set of words which are

used in the parable. They are unfamiliar to
us, so let us try to define them to help us
understand the story.

d. Discussion/Explicit teaching

Class! I have a question, who wants to be a Yes, Sir A!

leader? A leader who can guide or defend a
group?

Do you think you can lead a whole nation? I don’t think so Sir A

Class being a leader is not as easy as you

think. Being a leader you should be tough, No Sir A
strong and should protect and guide a
whole group. Do you think you have that
kind of skills?

To become one of a great leader, let us read

a parable about this one Prophet best
known for parting the Red Sea, leading the
Israelites out of Egypt. Do you know him? He is Prophet Moses
Everyone?

That’s right! Let us find out what did

Prophet Moses did in Egypt and to save
Israelites, after that we will answer some
corresponding question.

( Teacher continues with the story telling

and proceed to corresponding question )

Children as I said while ago after this Story

we will have some corresponding question…

Questions:
1. Who was the Prophet who helped the
Israelites to escape from the hands of
Egyptian?
2. Where did Moses parted the sea so that
the Israelites could cross?
3. If you were with Moses before, which will
you choose? To help your people to survive
slavery? Or to be fear the cruel Pharaoh and
choose to leave Egypt?
4. What lesson or values have you learned
from text: The Parable of Moses and the Red
Sea

Children, what kind of story did we read

while ago?

You’re right, it’s all about parable. Do you

know what is parable?

A parable is a short and simple story that

has a moral and spiritual lesson that can be
