In writing a good report and share findings first you must know what is conclusion
and making/drawing conclusions, conclusion is the summarizes of the study and
the analysis made from it. It is the final judgement regarding the theory and in
making/drawing conclusions is the most important part of any research and also it
is the final part of research. A conclusion is considered a failure if the study has
poor research design or if there are flaws in reasoning and analysis. Second is
recommendation, it is based on your findings and own opinion, you can state how
the research can be modified, redesign and refined by the future researcher. In
writing a conclusion you must know that there is no need to show the graphs and
statistical output anymore. Just indicate the summary of your findings and explain
in brief the findings of your study. The research report has twelve sections, Title
Page/Cover Page, Abstract, Introduction, Review of Literature, Theoretical/
Conceptual Framework, Statement of the Problem, Methodology, Results or
Findings and Discussion, Conclusion, Recommendation, References and
Appendices. In writing a research report you must know the Use a uniform verb
tense (future for proposal, past for entire thesis/report). The imperative mood
(giving directions or orders) should not be used. Dominantly use passive voice than
active voice sentences. Reference List is lists only the sources you refer to in your
writing. In Reference List you must know what is plagiarism, using another
person’s ideas without giving credit and is considered intellectual theft. There are
tips in listing references, Take note of your sources immediately upon accessing
them in order to make it easier for you to create a reference list later on. Recheck
your list to make sure that you did not miss any of your sources and to make sure
that the references are all cited properly. If you for your source from the Internet,
take note of the date of access. There are different types of authors, Single Author,
Two Authors, Three to Seven Authors, More than Seven Authors, Organization as
Authors, Unknown Author, Two or more works by the same author, Two or more
works by the same author in the same year and Introduction, Prefaces, Forewords,
and Afterwords. There are different types of articles in periodicals, Basic Forms,
Article in journals paginated by volume, Article in journals paginated by issue, etc.
