Test Procedure
How to login Into Cabins
• Connect Your PC to DUG
• Open your OMT SW
– Press connect then Press read IDB

• Open configuration List
– Select Define
» Choose Battery test Parameter

• Change Battery test Parameters
• Change Test time to 240 M
– Change Test Mode to Automatic

1. Get battery test Enable
Battery Test Parameter
2. Change Test time to 4H
Battery Test Parameter
3.Change Test Voltage to 46.0 V
Start Battery Test
Before Start Test you mast check b/m point

• Make sure All rectifiers working in normal case


• Make sure the Battery not charging
DCI = Total Current
Create Log File
• Choose Setting
» 1 select log file location
» 2 choose LOG active to start

start file location

2-Select start
Start Battery Test
• Choose CSU
• Press Battery test start
Battery Test Started
• Check Total Current = 0 A or Total Current less than DCI value
Print Screen During Test
• Take Print Screen for Alarm Screen
Print Screen During Test
• Take (CSU) print screen every 0.15 minutes
Print Screen During Test
• Take (Rectifier) print screen every 0.15 m
Battery Test Requirement
• Total Test Time 4 H
• Make sure Battery not Charging or Discharging
• Don’t turn off AC power before Start test
• Make sure Battery test working well
• Take print screen every 0.15 minutes
• Stop the test IF DCV dropped to 46.01V
• Make Sure End Voltage Test (DCV) 46.01 V
• Need Battery photos
• Need number & type of Batteries
