INSIGHTS

At IE Business School, we are proud of our achievements.

Our dedicated team of industry experts have strengthened
the core career content in the program curricula, continued
to provide sector-specific career advice for every student
and attracted more interest from international recruiters
than ever before.
As a result, 87% of our 2017 graduates secured a job within
three months of graduation, most notably in the Technology
industry. In keeping with trends, approximately 34% of the
class joined companies in Financial Services and Consulting.
Students keep securing work as Marketing/Sales
professionals with 25% landing jobs in this area, while a
growing number accepted a position in General Management
(20%) and Finance/Accounting (18%).

III. SALARIES
The diverse nature of our International MBA Class of 2017, spread out over a wide variety of industries,
functional areas and countries, accounts for the range of salaries on display. All salaries are reported
in euros and US dollars. In the final column we have adjusted US dollars to PPP (Purchasing Power
Parity) ratio, due to the high number of students who have salaries in non- US dollar currencies. The
World Bankś s implied PPP rate of exchange was used to equalize the Purchasing Power Parity across
economies.

II. RECRUITING PARTNERS

More than 260 companies and organizations offered on-campus presentations and attended the various
IE Talent Forums organized at IE Business School’s campus, as well as in Mexico and Colombia. HR
representatives from local and international companies had the opportunity to meet our students, leading
to interviews and selection processes both on- and off-campus. Other companies chose to conduct
on-campus presentations or post their job opportunities on our IE Career Portal. Besides making these
opportunities available to our students, we urge them to take responsibility in managing their careers and
make the most of all the activities we organize to bring them in contact with recruiters at all early stages
of the MBA.
