INTERNATIONAL FULL-TIME MBA
CAREER STATISTICS
A Program for the Leaders of Change, Innovation and Transformation

The International Full-Time MBA at MIP Politecnico di Milano has been designed in official collaboration with more than
20 multinational and Italian companies, offering our students Company Sponsorships and Project Work, as well as job
opportunities. This strong connection to the business world allows our students to apply the theory learnt throughout
the program as well as to make use of a very strong company network from the beginning of the program onwards.

The program places a strong emphasis on innovation, digital transformation and entrepreneurship, as companies
are in need of managers who are business innovators, updated on new technologies, and capable of managing the
processes of innovation and transformation.

The program provides students with cross-functional expertise and flexibility, allowing them to become the managers
of the future.

“MIP Politecnico di Milano has a well-designed MBA program format: a

mix of digital learning, traditional classes, practical boot camps, career
development sessions, and networking opportunities events.
I trusted an MBA would give a boost to my career, and I have already
profited from the experience both professionally and personally. I am now
working in Digital Performance Management department in one of the major
international energy companies. To me, MBA has been worth the investment,
and I trust I will continue having returns from it in the future.”

Izolda Urazgaliyeva, Kazakhstan

“When I enrolled at MIP, I had high expectations for both the quality of teaching
and the networking opportunities. I now can say MIP has exceeded my
expectations. It was an amazing experience, working on real-world business
cases with the tutoring of world-class professors was a unique opportunity
to challenge myself. We also had the opportunity to meet, interact and learn
firsthand from leaders of prestigious international companies. I enjoyed being
part of a great international community too. I became part of a fantastic group
of people that has enriched me at both the personal and professional level.”

“After a few years as Digital Marketing Manager for tech startups, I felt
ready for taking a step forward in my professional career and I chose the
International MBA at MIP. It was an amazing experience, which allowed me
to learn from some of the most competent professors in fields such as Big
Data, International Economics, and Statistics. I particularly appreciated the
opportunity to further develop my negotiation, sales and communication skills
through business cases and workshops with top international leaders and
professionals. Working on projects with my colleagues also contributed to
improving my ability to work in diverse teams. After an internship at Google
in London, I have now joined the company as Account Manager working with
partners in Northern Europe.”

Chiara Torterolo, Italy

“The MBA career service was continuously in touch

with us during the entire programme.
They organized several one to one meetings which helped me to better
understand the career path I wanted to take in the future. I also received many
internship/job opportunities from them, thanks to their extensive network.
Both, the final internship and the final job offer that I received post-MBA were
through the career service. I still work in the same company (Prysmian), and
have since grown to become the Tender Planning Manager (Project Controls).”

THE VOICES OF
OUR ALUMNI

On Career Change

“My previous background was a rather strictly technical

one (Engineering Physics working as researcher).
The MBA has given me the opportunity to apply
my set of analytical and problem solving skills to a
business background. I have been able to learn in a
360-degree way: from teachers, business speakers and
classmates.”

On the Long-Term Investment of an MBA

“The finance industry is increasingly interested in
those with a broader business outlook, hence why it’s
such a good destination for MBAs wanting to change
career direction.
Finance needs people with knowledge of
management, marketing, strategy, and technology.
Being good with numbers isn’t enough. The industry
is customer-centric so to succeed you need to
understand all areas of the customer journey.
The real value of an MBA is the access to so many
different people and their ideas. Be a sponge and
absorb everything-this way you’ll find many more
potential career pivots.”
