We have told you that all of you have dormant within you certain powers and sttributes that remain to be exercised, that would lift you completely from your plights of the present and give you rulership over all that ‘thwarts you, To awaken these powers and help you to cultivate those auiributes, we come unto you serving you, We say that chief among the talents you possess, but neglect, is the miracle of THOUGHT, and what THOUGHT performs. Harken to our counsel that you may become wise. ‘Now Life ia the Cosmos, no matter where it finds itself located or functioning, has but a single intent and purpose, a single method and meaning, a single attribute and wholesomeness: that of Self-Awareness, or awareness of its own attributes and conduct. The sum and substance of all Life is making the ego to Know that it is, then what it is, and then what it can become. The purpose of existence for each is first to iknow existence, then grasp the full possibilities and potentialities in existence so that in course of time the individual consciousness attains to Cosmic Consciousness, or complete recognition of all conscious- ness known as The Absolute When you term All Consciousness as GOD, you ate meaning Idea. From Idea came Finite Substance; that is, HE came out of a condition thathas nothing to do with time or space. All Consciousness made Himself aware of Himself. GOD, es you term Him, being both cause and effect, motivated Himself into awareness, and thus wrought the Universe by speaking a “Word,” not a literal word of terminology, but the desire to excrete something in His own Idea System that makes one part of Himself intelligible to all other parts. The things that GOD did es Ideas, He still does and still doing as Ideas. ‘Onc of these Ideas is Physical Reality. The second is Cosmic Consciousness. And the third: GOD wrought Himself out of Himself io make One Idea-Aspect intelligible to Itself, as separate and distinct from other Ideas that are also knowing themselves. The Universe is not limitless in the three-dimensional ‘manner of speaking. Does an Idea have length, width, or depth? Of course not. It is a thing of philosoph- ical concept. So we have Holy Spirit existing in lengthless, widthless, and depthless individuality, which ‘when broken up into formations of materialisms, results in objects having length, width, and depth. ‘You must nct confuse Measurements with formless or unformulated Thought. This is what you do when you try to think of the Universe as a place. IT IS NOT A PLACE — IT IS A CONDITION. When the Universe runs aut of Ideas, so to speak, it has come hack 10 its original postulation of itself, whic is the Whole, When it "meets" itself, there is no more thinking, All the Universe is the GOD Consciousness that does have the self-generating power to manifest its parts; one part being the occupancy of animate organism, while the other partis the pattern which atomic energy takes on the phenomenon known as tangible matter. You are accustomed to thinking of Thought as the product of your Mind, But, Thought is twofold. Its ‘greatest power is in precipitating into the Finite World certain forms and gestures that assume material reality when properly directed. So I speak to you now of Light as a process of Thought. Light is twofold in character and quality, It is incandescent at a certain rate of Vibration. And yet, Light is opaque and hard as steel at other tones and wave-lengths, Light in its essential character is that organism through which Thought moves and works, and has its being. This thing called Light is a great mystery to the mortal individual, and yet it contains within Itself the sccret of the Finite Universe: the Light of Finite Matter,Light is not Matter, but Matter is @ form of Light which is best deseribed as Ether. Light in its strictest classification may be called the fusion of all the various factors in so-called Matter, coming down into a plane where they are perceivable in terms of Form. In the Cosmos, there is a Force that is called the Start of Light; not that Light needs to be started as Light, but that it permeates all things from the Point of Origin, which can be termed as the Mind of Holy Spirit. THE FUNCTION OF LIGHT PRIMARILY IS TO TRANSMIT THOUGHT IN TERMS OF CONCRETIONS! ‘When we approach Light therefore as a factor in the Universe, we should look upon it as being a positive attribute of Divine Mind, exhibiting through and in Form, to give essential value to substance ‘made from energy through Thought Galvanism. Light isa positive ingredient of Matter, created out of energy, doing or expounding energy. Light therefore lakes on the character of Interpreter of the Energy which expresses itself in Form. Light therefore has a many interpretations as there are forms of energy which is called Matter. ‘YOU MUST MASTER THESE FUNDAMENTALS IF YOU WOULD KNOW HOW TO MATERIALIZE BY THOUGHT! You think an Idea into Thought-Form. A quantity of Light coalesces or grows together in Ether whenever you have a strong mental projection of a consistent Idea capable of mani: festing in Etheric impediments. In other words, a given quantity of Light will make itself known around an Idea, and will assume the visual pattern of that Idea (such as a tree) if the Thought-Force behind it is sufficiently strong to drive that invisible luntinosity into a type or pattern of form. Light clusters in form about an Idea-Projection so tremendously that it can be made to set up a sort of Heat in the Universe, not heat in the same sense as warmth, but a fine degree of temperature that has an effect on Etheric Particles and makes thom grow together toward that Heat. Light thus displayed attracts Etheric Particles as a vacuum attracts air. And when they are attracted in sufficient quantities and speeds, you get incandescence in Ether You must make your focusing power strong. Now harken to this: No one can manifest Light in this regard who has not first trained himself to ‘concentrate Thought on a given project, so strongly that he generates Heat, and causes Etheric Particles to glow with luminosity. You will be utilizing a force that lies deep within the Humen Mind. This Foreeis peculiar, in that it does not become energy until motivated into an externelized Idea, You must let your Mind take in or give out Ftheric Currents that might be called Ideas, or associations of Ideas. You have within cach of you tremen- dous powers of Thought Pressure, which you can release into the Universe st will, building up Light- For that actas lodestones, to gather Etheric Particles around them, and give you materials "not made with hands." ‘We tell you that HE who once walked the shores of Galilee, doing miracles as you term them, had such powers toa great supematural degree. What did He mean if not that those capable of handling these great secrets were to be enlightened in these Higher Laws and Processes, and given potency over the wiles of trying circumstances? We tell you that he who has the will to Study and Perform, can so concentrate on the problem of what he ‘wants rendered, that he can create a temperature in Ether, and form a Light-Pattern that can even be seen by us on This Side: that to certain forms of sentient consciousness can scem as tangible as granite. By continuing to apply the Force of your Mind, you can suffuse that Light Pattern with irresistible magne- lism. Stouter and harder you can build them, until finally materials appear to your senses. But the Force required is mach more terrific. Yet, there are those who have done il. And each time you perform these feats from Etherie Patterns, it becomes easier and easier until that moment arrives wien you do it without effort and without any strain, Ponder and dwell on our words zealously. HERE NOW IS A STUDY PLAN: Let us say that you want to do a certain thing having a bearing on your welfare, or your personal enhancement in these turbulent times now upon you, You must start to consider ways arid means to attain your objective. The real Thought process begins when you have determined what it is you want to do, and for what purpose will you be accomplishing your objective in this social and material world? ‘You "concentrate" on your given objective. But remember, there are other things hesides physical ot mental application that bring about the ultimate GOOD in substance or event. ‘The chief of these is the capacity or ability of a dynamic force within yourself to build a Picture-Image of what you wish to have ‘occur, that it brings to form in substance in terms, at first, of « very faint light. Light is a peculiar con- dition of Ftheric Particles that bridges the gap between conscious thinking of abstract [deas and concrete realization of them in substance, You bring together your static valuations of substance, until you have brought them together with consistent pursuance of the realization of your Idea, This is an apt illustration of what occurs in the form of finest Ether when you conceive any sort of project whose possibilities are realizable and attainable by the Pictures-Images that are formed. Its Thought in its most concentrated form, sending out vibrations so powerful that the phenomenon of Heat is generated in the Etheric Uni- verse, and Heat becomes a lumincsity when diffused by dust motes. It is Cause as well as Effect. You cannot have Light without Heat to some dezrce. Yet, your scientists talk of "cold light,” meaning light without Heat. There is no such thing perceived anywhere in the Cosmos. Light and Heat are syno- nymous in graduation to a degree that you cannot have one without the other. What is being said here is that the Divine Mind or Intelligence has first conceived and projected into the spatial Universe of Finite Substances, the moral brain can duplicate by using the same processes and formulas, If you desire a thing to come to pass in substance or materialize, you "Think" it in Thought first as an Idea-Picture. You must dwell upon it constently and consistently, until you have "created a disturbance in Ether" by generating an infinite amount of Heat. This Heat is more profound as a manifestation of Light. The Light will inerease as you put stronger impulses of Thought behind it. Finally a vacuum is formed in Ether that has to be filled up ‘with Etherie Particles after the Form of Light that corresponds to the illumination. Gradually, these grow together as more and more Thought is applied, until a point is reached where sclidarity is performed, and you have concretely manufactured "something out of nothing." But, you have not done that exactly, because Etheric Particles have already been in existence as the basis of universal materials. From this point on, your success in "creation" is a matter of your own development of intellect, by supplying the impelling force (as in keeping the Light buming) so that twaterialization can take place in and around it. You will become gradually wiser in the composition of ‘the Universe and your ultimate command over it. There is no excuse or reason for all your economic circumstances in whieh you find yourselves, in a world that is fully supplied with plenty for all through this creating attribute of Divine Intelligence, of wiich your own minds are microcosmic replicas. The "Christ," whom we all honer, performed such acts of Divine Thought while in Galilee, and your Theologians and so-called "experts" have since called them "miracles." But they were only miracles to these lesser mea because of their ignorance of Etherie Materials at hand all around them. Recognition means realization. The Christed One said, "Whatever things that I do, shall ye do also, and even greater things that Ido, shall ye do.” As He spoke the Word to "have faith to move mountains,” He sent an §uninterrupted Thought-Force into the Cosmos, so powerful of impulse, that the process of Light-Heat- ‘Vacuum-Etheric composition of materials is Instantaneous, because there is n0 such thing as Time in the Infinite Dimensions. Therefore, why should the process not be instantaneous? What you call Time in this instance would only be retarded movement of the original Idea, so that the Light Pattem has to be built up by successive impulses from weakness to the proper strength, The process to produce a material in circumstance would be to "think it into being" through the accepted avenues of materia|-already-brought-into-being. Hence, you have realization, But wien apply- ing your Thought Power, you cannot have any negative qualities init. When Form through Thought comes about, many will call it miraculous, while others may call it sorcery, or practicing the Black Arts, and may even plan to punish the one who brings good to others, as they did The Christ. In all truth, ths is a sign of your Godhoed to be able to do this; and that as you progress in the understanding of the Infinite Processes, you will be able to do it and not be altered. Again, here are the steps to follow.STEP ONE: Concentrate on a worthy idea, such as a small loaf of bread to begin with, that you know will be for your need, and that you can obtain by this experience that you have suceceded in formation of your Idea. It is not necessary to repeat over and over, "I am concentrating,” It is a consciousness of the thing to be desired, with the force behind it that will make for realization, which comes out of you in forms of Light and Heat o build up Etheric Particles in Light. Keep in your mind the thing you want to materialize. Dwell upon it, and tell yourself that you are painting a picture of it in Light, stronger and stronger, brighter and brighter, until the image seems on fire in your brain. STEP TWO: Keep it up so that your Light-Pattem becomes a terrific magnet around the essence of materials that are gathering. KNOW that the substance for the materials are gathering. Know that the substance for the materials you want is all around you. STEP THREE: Keep in mind that the Power flows into you and through you to the lodestone or nucleus. It does not come otherwise. Step FOUR; The power flowing into you and through you is the highest type of Divine Force. There- fore, you can only manifest thusly when the objective is for good. Evil destroys itself, because evil is ignorance of what is being done. Wisdom is always required to perform goodly works. We tell you that you have this power within you to free yourself from want. Thought is the Universe in the business of merely being Itself, It is a Cosmic Condition outside of, and behind, all substantial conditions.. Now GOD is not a mystical being in the heavens, sitting on a throne, waiting for humankind to pass before Him and be judged. He is every atom in your physical body. He is all the ingredients making up Matter, entering inio the structure of the Universe, from protoplasm to protogine, which are different ‘grades of the Divine Spirit. And out of this is built up the various complex- ities of movement that have since become the exhibits of matter. The reason that man cannot discover the Ether literally in their laboratories is not because they are stupid, or backward, Nor is it because such an idea-concept as Ether does not exist. The true fact is that they are looking for a substance that shall resemble substance, instead of looking for the "foundation essence” out of which all substance has been derived. Men have come to interpret Ether as a form of invisible gas - colorless, odorless, weightless, and spaceless, But Ether is not one substance out of which another substance, or even all substance is manufactured by Divine Intellect. This Intellect is the "force that eecomplishes the result," or Cause and Effect. But Ether is not Substance, and that is why it cannot be found in the laboratories. Ether is the Cause of Substance's coming into being. It is Light in the finest degree. The substance is energy. a thought impulse in Divine Consciousness that brings about a result sensible to all forms of Finite mortal consciousness, There is neither "something" nor “nothing” in the Universe. There is only Universal Ged Essence, or Thought Incarnate. It may be said that the Something out of which came the Form and Substance from Nothing is merely the designing of an Idea.
