TECHNICAL ISSUE:

The elevation and the Detail 1 of the above referenced drawing show the spoolpiece as
concrete coated up to the tail of the bend, whereas the plan View of the spoolpiece on
the same drawing shows a length of uncoated pipe from the tail of the bend

PROPOSED SOLUTION:

We propose that the spoolpiece be fabricated in accordance with the Plan View, ie with
a length of bare pipe after the bend tail.
Please advise if this is acceptable to Company.
