Facade
The façade colour has been changed from brown to yellow. I believe that this new element of colour
can be maintained as the yellow represents the Chong Kok Kopitiam as a significant. The alteration
can be maintained as it is also easily reversible, Charter 3.9 (Where possible, any measures adopted
should be “reversible” so that they can be removed and replaced with more suitable measures when
new knowledge is acquired. Where they are not completely reversible, interventions should not
limit further interventions.) As they are reversible, the change of colour can be continue until new
discovery of elements.
