1- Working from July 2014 to till date as a Assistant Manager (Billing) in

Rudra Real Estate Ltd. Maldahiya Varanasi – Uttar Pradesh.

 Hand over two Multi-story Residential projects Rudra Krishna Dham and
Rudra Shri Dham in Varanasi.
 Presently handle Rudra Buddha Enclave Project - Block A- Tower 01,
Tower 02 (Basement + Stilt + 14 floor) and Block B (Stilt + 7 floor).

Job Profile
 Co-ordination with architect, consultant and contractors on all aspects of site work.
 Check BBS / Bills of Work produced by various contractors against work done on site.
 Check quality of construction and building material.
 Coordinate with MEP team and MEP contractors.
 Coordinating material and equipment Quantity for purchase (Indent’s) and delivery.
 Maintaining of quality on each working level.
 Complete handling & reviewing the contractors output to achieve the target
 Looking after material availability at site according to the requirement.
 Ensuring time lines are met and ensure smooth completion of project.
 Report under the direction and instructions of immediate superiors, the Civil Engineer,
Construction Coordination Manager & Superintendent.
 Inspect the works of contractor within the area of responsibility and assure that it
conforms to all technical requirements.
 Perform inspection on work items as per request by contractors.
 Interface with contractor QC group for all on site inspections and/or testing
requirements.
 Witness concrete pouring at all times and assures that concrete is properly placed in
accordance with the concreting work procedure.
 File site history & progress photo if required.
 Monitor contractor availability of manpower, equipment & materials status.
 Observe that the safety requirements are followed & inform HSE on any unsafe acts or
hazards that are present in the work site.
 Check & evaluate contractor Monthly Progress Billings within the area of responsibility.
 Monitor & check work progress status of the contractor on-going work activities.
 Monitor & check the next material for approval to be used on next work activity.
 Prepare Daily Log Activities for information to superiors.
 Check, review & keep Daily Progress Report of contractor.
 Check & review detailed work methods used by contractor and it shall be in accordance
with the approved work procedure.
 Prepare necessary documents to be used during regular meetings.
 Assist in the preparation of change order & work order.
 Prepare site instruction & site memorandum.
 Prepare quantity survey & assist in the preparation of documents for progress payment
request.
 Coordinate with other discipline supervisors and engineers within the area of
responsibility.
 Perform other related task as directed by immediate superiors and engineers.
 Attend / held weekly meeting with contractor regarding the most priority & requirements
at site for actual construction.
 Indent raising on ERP according progress & requirement of work.
