Compliance Report

Project: - M/S DCM Shreeram, Kota

Client: - M/S SunSource Energy

a) Client’s Comment: - Dent observed at rear side of ACCB-160A.

Reply: - Minor dents on CRCA sheet occurred at rear side of the panel during manufacturing
process, and have been fixed now.

b) Client’s Comment: - M-Seal Sealant is used to fill the sheet joining gap in ACCB-160A.

Reply: - Gap occurred between sheets while welding because of limitations of welding
machines and the M-Seal that has been used to fill the gaps has thermal resistance up to 180 ͦC
hence there is no technical issue with it.

Client’s Comment: - CT Burden & Class found 10 VA & 0.5 instead of 5VA & 0.5S in ACDB –
160A.
Reply: - In ACDB – 160A, CT Burden & Class is 10 VA & 0.5 because of availability of material
and in technical terms CT with 10 VA burden has more load bearing capacity than CT with 5 VA
burden and for CT with class 0.5s current between 1-5% of full load current, there is 0.75%
error. For CT with class 0.5 and current between 1-5% of full load current, there is 1.5% error.
But above that range of full load current they both have a 0.5% error. So there are no major
technical differences between these two classes of CTs.

c) Client’s Comment: - Filters is given in GA Drawing for 160A – ACDB.

Reply: - Filters has been provided on both sides and because of limitations of machineries,
louvers in ACDB that has been mentioned in GA drawing weren’t possible to be provided
therefore from drawing side it will be corrected along with the correction of mounting clamps
distances from top to bottom.
