-binuwaya (crocodile) most famous, beloved & difficult to weave
Darhata Sawabi
-textile weaver from barangay Parang in Jolo, Sulu
-pis syabit (most famous & a customary cloth worn as a hood by the Filipino Tausugs)
-choice of colors, consistency of weave & use of traditional designs made her an
excellent artist.

-ilocano textile weaver of inabel/abel (traditional blanket)
-uses very high thread count & intricate designs
-mastered designs like Sinan-sabong (flowers), kusikos (spirals) & binakol inuritan
