The meeting was started at exactly 3:00 p.m. Mrs. Ma. Nympha B. Barbado led the meeting with
checking the attendance. There were four teachers who were not around for the rehearsal of Area
Athletic Meet and personal reason.
Mrs. Barbado asked the Chairmen on the updates of every Principle of the SBM Level of Practice.
She also presented the emergency plan due to conflict of schedule of Area Athletic Meet and validation of
SBM as follows:
Principle I Chairman/Coach on swimming girls, Hardy Misagal to Temelie Misagal
Principle II Chairman/Coach on MAG, Desiree Ponferrada to Marilina Baluran
Principle IV Chairman/Coach on swimming boys, Josephine Macorol to Edna Benusa
She also reported the result on the District ELLN Evaluation, where the Evaluators assessed the
classroom of Kindergarten. Mr. Mark Alberca shared the schedule of District Techno-Olympics Contest
which will be held on September 20, 2019. The conduct of double feeding in School-Based Feeding
Program was mentioned too.
With these concerns, everyone shared their suggestions for the betterment of the school.
Without any problems, the conference ended at 4:08 p.m.
