Backfiling work shall comply with all the specified requirements for compaction of earthwork. PREPARATORY WORKS 1. After the forms are removed, all trash, wood chips and other debris shall be removed from areas to be backfilled. Backtill materials shall consist of approved site excavated materials and shall be free from brush, roots and other unsuitable ‘materials which would be determined to compaction requirements 2.
