SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, RACHEL JOY G. ALFEREZ, of legal age, Filipino and with address

at Block 1 Lot 9 Phase I Marigold Subdivision Burgos Rodriguez, Rizal, , do
hereby name, appoint, make and constitute as the true and lawful
Attorney-in-Fact, REUEL JOHN G. ALFEREZ, JR., of legal age, Single,
Filipino and with the same address indicated above.

The above-named person is hereby authorized and in my behalf to

do and perform the following acts and with the special powers, to wit:

1. To represent and transact for and in my behalf, the

processing of my Transcript of Records in Bachelor of Arts in
Communication Research for school years 2013-2017 ;

2. To represent, execute, and pay the fees required as

well as to do any and all acts in order to accomplish the
aforestated acts and deeds;

3. To sign and/or otherwise execute papers and any

and all other documents necessary for the accomplishment of
the foregoing authority;

4. To do any all acts necessary for the

accomplishment of the foregoing authority.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact

full power and authority to do all things necessary or prerequisite under
the circumstances as if I were personally present and hereby ratifying
and confirming all acts and things which the said Attorney-in-Fact shall
lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.

FURTHER, the full power and authority expressly granted unto the
said Attorney-in-Fact to do all the aforementioned things are hereby
deemed effective and of full effect unless and until the same is duly
withdrawn or revoked in writing and signed by the undersigned
Principal.
