8 suggestions for write a perfect resume
(Click delete after resume is completed)

Suggestion 1: Only apply for one position

Many students do not write or write a lot of job search intentions when writing resumes , which will make your
resume have no target, and HR will feel that you do not have a clear career plan. Then you may miss the
interview opportunity.

Suggestion 2: Select a professional picture

People are visual animals. A good job photo will leave HR a deep impression and then you will get more interview
opportunities. So, please select a professional one when search your job photo. You can place no picture on it if
you are not confident of yourself. It’s okay.

Suggestion 3: One-page principal

It is known that HR has to read a lot of resumes every day. They may have no enough time and energy to read
your resume if the content is more than one page. So, try to introduce yourself with one-page resume. What’s
more, it is okay that your resume have a little more when you really experienced a lot relevant job.

Suggestion 4: Describe your capability in Work/Internship experience

It is wrong for many students write only headlines of Work/Internship experience or job responsibilities. It should
be described in detail just like "What have you done? How to do it? What is the result?" to show your capability.

Suggestion 5: Avoid oral expression

Writing resume is not writing article. Try not to write a personal pronoun such as "you, I, he" to show your
professionalism. You can start your sentence with a verb, such as Be responsible for XXXXXXXXX work, Used
the XXXXXXXX method, Achieved XXXXXXXX results.

Suggestion 6 Objective Description instead of Subjective one

Some students write their own ideas or evaluation but lack of support from objective facts when describing work
experience. This will leave HR a expression that they are self-proclaimed.

Suggestion 7: Do not attach certificates in resume

You don't need to attach all the attachments to your resume. You can write it in your resume if you have formal
and award-winning. On the one hand, it seems that the resume is very large (normal size is about 100k, too big
will slow down download). On the other hand, you can bring necessarily certificates to company when you entry
it. Sure, maybe some company will demand that attach certificates to your resume.

Suggestion 8:Emphasize successful experience and quantify results

Employers want your evidence to prove your ability. Remember to prove your past achievements and what
benefits your former employer has received, including how much money and time you saved for him, what value
did you bring to the company (quantitative explanation) to show that you are excellent.
