Brief on Research Topic The research paper shall go along with how the internet is
pushing the banking world towards digitization. To evaluate the
main areas where less-knowledgeable and standardized
5. financial products can be replaced with technology. How will
digitization change the business structure within the banks and
how will that add value to the customers. Also while moving to
a digitized architecture the banks shall not only face
operational changes but cultural changes too.

Objective The Objective behind this research paper shall be identifying

the key challenges faced by any banks while moving towards
digitization. And for each challenges we shall briefly identify the
6. solutions and explain why and how essential it is to move
towards digitization. How the customer experiences and
customer reliability would be affected, How will technology
leverage the gap between the financial product offerings and
customer engagement with those services?
