Phenolic plywood

Cross bonded birch or spruce veneers coated with phenolic resin on both sides.
The phenolic coating is resistant to abrasion, moisture penetration and chemicals,
bonding according to EN 314-2/ class 3.
For a high number of reuses, clean the plywood before applying the release
agent. Use it carefully when handling and storing.

BIRCH PLYWOOD
Birch plywood coated with a smooth 220 g/m2 phenolic film. The board
edges are sealed with water resistant paint.
Mainly used for walls and slabs where smooth and flat concrete finish is
required.
Number of uses: 20 to 80*.

BETO PLYWOOD
Mirror construction plywood made of birch and spruce veneers bonded
together in a cross banded construction, coated on both sides with a 120 g/m2
phenolic film. The board edges are sealed with water resistant paint.
Mainly used for walls and slabs where flat concrete finish is required.
Number of uses: 15 to 30*.
* The number of uses is a non binding reference. This number might change depending on the
use conditions and the maintenance provided to the plywood in the site by the user.
 Main features, following EN-13377 norm:

Timber beams • Maximum permissible moment: 5 kNm

• Permissible shear force: 11 kN
• Bending stiffness (Exl): 450 kNsqm
The VM-20 timber beams are used as vertical and
horizontal formwork beam. This timber beam has a
double T section, 7.87 inches high and 3.15 inches
wide.
