INJECTION MOLDING UNIT

 Injection molding is the most commonly used manufacturing process for

the fabrication of rubber parts.
 A wide variety of products are manufacturing using injection molding,
which vary greatly in their size, complexity and application.
 The injection molding process requires the use of an injection molding
machine, raw rubber materials, and a mold.
 The rubber is melted in the injection molding machine and then injected into
the mold, where it cools and solidifies into the final parts.
 Injection molding is used to produce thin-walled rubber parts for a wide
variety of applications, one of the most common being rubber housings.
Rubber housing is a thin-walled enclosed, often requiring many ribs and
bosses on the interior.

VACUMS COMPRESSION MOLDING UNIT

 Compression molding is a method of molding in which the molding

material, generally reheated, is first placed in an open, heated mould cavity.
 The mould is close with a top force or plug member, pressure is applied to
force the material into contact with all mould areas, while heat and pressure
are maintained until the molding materials has cured.
 The process employs thermosetting resins in a partially cured stage, either
in the form in granules putty, like masses, or performs.

MIXING UNIT:

 The type of operations and equipment used during mixing depends on the
state of materials being mixed (liquid, semi-solid or solid) and the
miscibility of the materials being processed.
 In this context, the act of mixing may be synonymous with staring or
kneading-processes.

POST CURING OVENS:

 An oven is a thermally chamber used for the heating, baking or drying of a

substance and most commonly used for cooking, kilns and furnaces are
special purpose ovens used pottery and metal working, respectively.

BOILERS:

 The main function of a boiler is to heat water to generate steam. Steam

produced in a boiler can be used for a variety of purposes including space
heating, sterilization, drying, humidification and power generation.
 The steam generated by steam boilers is used for driving various types of
steam turbines which further drives various types of pumps compressors
generators etc,.

QUALITY CHECKING DEPARTMENT

 Ensuring the quality of incoming raw materials is a critical first step in

most industrial processes.
 Identification of non – conforming materials can improve operational
performance and save valuable time.
 Quality control is at least equally important during the manufacturing
process to produce better quality products and to increase
profitability.
 Near – infrared (NIR) spectroscopy is an easy-to-use measurement
tool for rapid, non-destructive, material inspection.
 NIR spectroscopy can determine both the identity and purity of raw
materials and allows for non-destructive sampling and material
analysis (sometimes even directly through plastic bags) thereby
eliminating the need for messy and time consuming sampling and
sample prep associated with many traditional analytical laboratory
methods.
 Results can be measured in seconds allowing for a more efficient
assessment of raw materials to enable more timely decisions.
