Fortune Specialty Coffee is a corporate group of six different business entities that is
dedicated to the production of exotic coffee varieties by implementing industry best
practices complemented with leading-edge precision agriculture technologies that are
aligned to long-lasting traditions and environmental responsibility as well as deep
scientific knowledge.
• Our land is ideally located in the north of the department of El Paraiso at altitudes
between 1200 to 1600 mts, and produce 20 different highly-coveted coffee varieties
• We are a socially responsible enterprise, utilizing latest industry practices that are in
sync with protecting the environment and that apply strategies to mitigate climate
change
• We believe and leverage the latest technologies in each of the phases of coffee production,
harvesting and processing

OUR PRODUCTS

Our product offerings for the 2019 – 2020 harvest season include:
• Specialty coffees fermented via natural, honey or washed process
• Dehydrated coffee pulp and coffee cascara at 10-12%, Aw 0.52-0.58
• Coffees with unique cup profiles developed through specialized fermentation processes like
carbonic maceration, sequential fermentation, inoculate fermentation, submerged fermentation
and controlled dehydration at low temperatures
• Six coffee varieties with consistent quality: Lempira, IHCAFE 90, Catuai, Parainema,
Pacamara, Geisha (preparing Centroamericano, Marsellesa, Icatu, SL 28, SL 34 for the 2020
– 2021 harvest season)
• Green bean coffee classified by color / Aw: 0.52-0.58 / %Humidity: 10-12%
• Coffee with SCA cupping scores of 84-85, 85-87, 88-90 and upwards of 90
• Vacuum-packed green beans in presentations of anywhere between 10 and 60 kgs (depending
on client request)

All our production is traceable and meets HARPC and FSMA regulations
