Dear Hon. Mayor Rillo:

Our band, Primero Uno Band, once again is preparing for a competition across
different parts of the country. This aims to bring pride to our town by showcasing the
talents of the youth of Maragondon and by bannering the name our municipality in
every out-of-town competition through the art of Music.

Hence, we are requesting on your good office the permission to use the municipal
basketball court as a facility for our drill practice on the dates below:

 October 23 2pm onwards

 October 25 2pm onwards
 October 26 2pm onwards

This will help us practice our routine more comfortable and to master the movement
we need for the competition. We are looking forward on your approval.
