Greetings!

The Department of Interior and Local Government mandated program under Memorandum
Circular No. 2019-40 in Implementing guidelines in conducting a Volunteers Meetings and Skills
Refreshers and RA 11589 other known as the BFP Modernization Act of 2021.

In relation to this, Bureau of Fire Protection Carmen headed by SFO3 Renato A Erlina, OIC-
Municipal Fire Marshall having requested the Barangay to provide 5 volunteers to attend the
Volunteer Year-End Meetings and Skills Refreshers and to train community volunteers and to
organize Community Fire Auxiliary Group in which they are one of the force multipliers or the
community first responders when an emergency arises on December 11, 2022 (Sunday) at Carmen
Fire Station, Carmen, Surigao del Sur.

The barangay humbly asks your availability to attend of the said activities.
