In recent years, cyberbullying has become a major issue for teens because the
population uses malicious attacks on the Internet, such as threats and insults. Cyberbullying is a
ubiquitous danger, especially to the adult population. Through electronic devices that have
access to the Internet, mostly smartphones and computer, cyberbullying pollutes the network
and the culture of social media. Furthermore, cyberbullying also causes serious harm to the
mental health of young people, leaving them feeling lonely, depressed and even suicidal.
Bullying can happen anywhere, not just during school time. But meaning of cyberbullying is
vague, that makes some people do not realize they are bullying others. Research shows
cyberbullying usually occurs between schoolmates. Let our children using social application
safely.

Introduction

Bully has always existed. It includes the physical or verbal attacks, resistance and
exclusion in interpersonal interactions, and mocking, commenting, or sneering at other’s body
parts. Cyberbully is a new type of violence, using verbal attacks or other ways to bully others on
the Internet. The concept of "cyberbullying" is often seen as a special phenomenon, but in fact it
is an extension of the old problem of bullying. The damage caused by cyber violence has been
increasing, even threatening the lives of young people. More than one-third of American
teenagers had been bullied when they conduct real-time conversations and visit social
networking sites. Cyberbullying is more like a kind of mental harm, which ultimately makes the
victim unbearable. Also, victim may suffer from mental illness such as autism, depression, or
even suicide.

Proposed Solution

This issue must be taken seriously and resolved. For solve this issue we muse need extensive
cooperation. The core of this question is whether the government put high values in cyberbully
and keeps the internet from not became outside the law. First, we need to solve the problem in
fundamentally internet. We need define the what is humor and what is cyberbully. Because
cyberbullying is different from bullying, it is difficult for others to see through observation if the
parties do not speak. There should not be only nurses in schools, but also need psychologists to
help student to speak out. Everyone should have a manual about cyberbullying, which details
the what cyberbullying is and how to deal with it.
