In the last 5 years, I have developed my career in management, business analysis, data
management and analysis for 3 of the most innovative and dynamic financial institutions of
Pakistan. During my current assignment as a Product Manager, I have carried the Vehicle
tracking bundled insurance product right from product conceptualization to complete life cycle
management and taking care of all related chores. I endeavor to pursue my career in an

 Performed requirement gathering via interactions with various business users and
produced Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) for majority of the modules within
this Insurance ERP system
 Responsible for maintaining documentation on all the dozen or so upgrades of the GIS
since the first launch in July 2005
Data Analysis
 Performed data analysis of approximately 16,000 customers at various stages to help with
product development, as well as to allow scientific allocation of Marketing budget to
various media, and channels within those media
 Performed various instances of DTS and ETL during migration of Trakker data to TDI,
and various versioned releases of TDI GIS
Claims Management System (CMS)
 Designed and developed work flow and rule engine based CMS that linked the 24x7 call
centre, claims department and vehicle workshops
 Integrated CMS with document management, underwriting, billing and communication
modules
Online Customer Portal (I21-WAY)
 Designed and developed the first ever online customer portal in Insurance Industry of
Pakistan
 Portal allowed customers to view their accounts, policies, claims online, as well make
online bill payments
 Integration of online bill payment feature with Si3

 Hired to assist the development of first online and truly real-time stock trading system of
Pakistan-IKATS (Internet Karachi Automated Trading System) that allowed exchange
members to carry out their transactions in their personalized trading environment.
 Carried out complete analysis of their desktop trading component, KATS, producing
technical documents.
 Personal contribution included development of key backend application modules like
Transaction Manager, Query Manager and Heart Beat.
