1. What is the difference between a boss and a leader?

A boss is a leader. He has a heart to his job and to his employees. He has a head full of visions and
aspirations and most especially a hand that is willing to help not only the company but also his
subordinates. While a leader is a seedling willing to grow with the grace of the leader. The mixture of
these two will blend a perfect business leading towards innovation.

2. What is the key to become a better entrepreneur?

I believe ladies and gentlemen that character comes before everything. Because skills and
knowledge can be learned with the right character. With all the key concepts that an entrepreneur
must possess. One must be passionate on the things she does because if one is committed and
dedicated enough she will be ready to face the vicissitudes of life.

3. What is your advice to a person who is planning to start a business?

We all know ladies and gentlemen that if we venture ourselves in to new things there
will be people involved. And one thing that a person should take into consider is to listen. We
should use our hearts to listen to the tips and things from those who have experience as well as
to filter those we need to follow. Decision-making is the toughest but with the sound advice all
else will be fine.

4. What is the importance of planning before implementing a business?

Business plan is the blue print of any business. Well-planned business will reflect a
successful business because it consists the expenses, materials, and other things to be
considered in business. All you need is the plan, the road map, and the courage to press on your
destination.

5. Customer is always right. Do you agree?

For me customer is not always right. Because there are customers who has demands and wants
that does not coordinate with the company’s policy. Although the company should give the best
accommodation to the customer , the company should not compromise its integrity to maintain
its good image and reputation.
