challenge
Whether you are a stay at home mum or a student, the plan will fit
around your lifestyle so you have the highest chance of success.
The meal plan will be a 7 day plan with calories and macros set out
for you to follow. After month 1 you will receive your second meal
plan to follow. This meal plan can be similar to your first one or
different - it's up to you how much it gets changed. If you love all
your meals I can do slight adjustments or if you are looking for a full
change I can change it up completely.
Once you purchase, I will send you out a questionnaire that you will fill
out so that I can calculate your calories and write up your meal plan.
This will take me 7 days after the deadline to enter and you will
receive your plan before the challenge begins.
YES! The challenge will cater to both gym goers and people who cannot
attend the gym.
YES! Anyone with any injuries will be given alternate exercises and a
plan to suit them!
Before I even write up your meal plan, you will have to fill out a
questionnaire where you can let me know any food dislikes that you
do not want in your plan so this will never be an issue.
If I give you a new food that you have never tried before in your plan
and you eat it and don't like it, all you have to do is email me and I will
get it changed for you.
Will the workouts be more cardio based or
weight based?
The workout plans will be tailored to each persons own specific goals.
A mix of both weight training and cardio is optimal for the majority of
people.
HOWEVER,
If you tell me that you can only train 3 days a week then I will write
you up a 3 day a week plan. If you tell me you can train 6 days per
week your plan will be a 6 day a week plan.
If you say you absolutely HATE cardio and just want to weight train
your plan will just be weight training.
If you tell me you have a goal of doing a pull up or push up your plan
will be tailored for that specifically.
