Terms and Conditions

Company will not be responsible for any complaints after 12 hours of the delivery.

Company process all order within 24 working hours as per standard rates however Express laundry will be charged 100% extra, delivery within 6-8 hours from the time of collection.

Customers are requested to check their soiled laundry for any valuables before submission, as later claims will not be entertained.

Company is not liable for any wear and tear, fading or shrinkage of garments during the washing, pressing or dry-cleaning process that has been flagged in advance by the Launderette
staff.

Company does not provide any guarantee of cotton clothes during washing and dry clean process.

Company does not provide any absolute guarantee of stain removal, especially when the use of a cleaning agent will place the garment at risk of color fading or damage.

Customer must present an original receipt at the time of collection of garments.

Customer must collect the garment within 7 days of intimation of successful order preparation, beyond which company is not responsible for the pressing, wear and tear of such clothes.

Claims arising out of defect / damages / missing of clothes if any shall only be limited to maximum 5 times the cost of that particular item in bill amount. The nature of such compensation
shall be either by cash or service depending on the damage on a case to case basis.

Customer is responsible for providing valid name, address and contact details at the time of registration, to ensure efficient and effective processing and delivery of garment by the
company.
