AIMS OBJECTIVES
1. To encourage the members to develop the appropriate personal skills
2. To facilitate better communication between the members thereby
promoting greater social understanding and harmony
3. Assisting each other to enhance our institutional capacities for
networking, development and delivery of contents and services.
4. To help each other to build institutional capacity in “ITP” for teaching
& learning & community service.

ARTICLE THREE
MEMBERSHIP
1. We need people of over 20 to 40 years old
2. We collect people with HND qualification result
3. We collect people with BSC result
4. We collect people with PHD result as well
RIGHT
1. They must be loyal
2. They must be trust worthy and be honesty.
3. They must work hard to the appropriate time giving to them
ARTICLE FOUR
EXECUTIVE MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION
1. President\Chairman: shall be the leader of the association and
preside on every meeting of the association.
2. Vice president: shall act in the absence of the president.
3. Secretary: shall see to the update record of the minute of every
meeting and be in-charge of association’s documents.
4. Treasure: shall be in-charge of all financial aspect of the
association.

QUALIFICATION OF THOSE TO BE ELECTED
1. HND: These qualification are to be elected for secretaries
2. BSC: These qualification are to be elected for Executive officers
3. PHD: These qualification are to be elected for President\Chairman
and Vice President

FINANCE
1. Source of fund
A. Voluntary donation
B. Fines
C. Registration fees N500.00 and identity card fees.
2. Bank Account
The association bank account shall be Guaranty Trust Bank (GTB).
The association shall operate both current & savings account.
ARTICLE SEVEN
DISCIPLINE
1. All members must pay their due penalty addition of N 300
2. All members should be able to abide by the rules.
3. Late coming should not be allowed, otherwise payment of fine
we be required

ARTICLE EIGHT
MEETINGS
The meeting of the association shall be writing as follows-
1. Emergency meeting
2. Monthly meeting
3. Bi-Annual General meeting
4. Executive committee meeting
1. Emergency meeting- Emergency meeting shall be held as
deemed fit by the whole house or the executives
2. Monthly meeting-
A. It shall be attended by all members
B. The meeting shall be every Friday of every month by 12.00pm
ARTICLE NINE
AMENDMENT OF THE CONSTITUTION
1. The General Secretary shall communicate such a notice to the
executive committee at their next meeting.
2. Any member wishing any adjustment of any clause (s) of the
constitution shall send notice in writing to the General Secretary.
3. The prepared amendment shall be an item on the agent house
debate.
4. Any member that wants any amendment should take a judiciary
Process, by taking it to the high court for necessary requirement.
