Maintenance-Free Bearings with BAC Automatic Bearing Greasers

For nearly a decade, a customer at a government installation in Washington, DC
felt that greasing the unit bearings has always been one of the most tedious,
time-consuming tasks. Technicians typically brought their tools and greasers
to the top of the building, removed a screen for each bearing, manually greased
each bearing, replaced the screens, and cleaned up after the mess that the
grease left!
Immediately after hearing about the BAC Automatic Bearing Greaser, the
customer ordered 8 Automatic Bearing Greasers that were sized specifically for
the unit bearings. The customer mounted and connected the Automatic Bearing
Greasers to the exterior of the unit by using the mounting brackets included in the
kit and lastly, attached the flexible tubing to the bearings before activating the Automatic Bearing Greaser
Automatic Bearing Greasers.
Grease is now continually supplied from the included 250cc grease pouches.
Not only does this continuous supply of new grease eliminate the need for
maintenance, but it also extends the life of the bearing! When the pouch is nearly
depleted after a year of operation, the customer will simply replace the pouch
without having to endure the hassle of manually greasing each bearing.
The customer is extremely pleased with the results of the BAC
